Civic Leaders Academy: Young Leaders (Rising 9th–12th Grade)

Take your leadership to the next level and use your voice for change! The Civic Leaders Academy: Teen Leaders Program is designed for high school students ready to dive into real-world issues, sharpen their communication skills, and grow as changemakers. In small teams, you’ll research a topic you care about, discuss different perspectives, and record a podcast to share your insights. You’ll also take part in a public community panel. This is a space for emerging leaders of all experience levels – whether you’re just getting started or already speaking out. Open to all students with priority for Richmond residents.
